Simply put the 'car.png' into the 'Images' folder in the Steam Directory of MSC. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\My Summer Car\Images)

Then go to Fleetaris Shop and select 'Custom Paint Job By Artist'
