Skins McLaren 1991 skin missing!?

So I have this free car from ASR:

and it is amazing and all but ingame I only have the "nonTobacco"livery skin. In that screenshot it shows the famous one though. Is it me or if not has someone maybe pls got the much more iconic skin for this car!? Thx!

Edit: Does this car actually have rain tyres!? I have setup rain alright but cannot see them in menu!?

Nobody has this mod and can pls help!?

Edit: I have also tried to send a mail to ASR - let's see what they can tell me. ;-)
