Left hand drive vs right hand drive option

I wonder how difficult it is to have an option in every simulator to choose which side the steering wheel should be on. Live for Speed is the only simulator where you can choose this for each car. There are a lot of cars in various simulators that I don't play with and that I don't buy because they don't have the steering wheel on the side I'm used to. In fact, only the dashboard and the driver's position need to be changed. Am I the only one who would like this?

In many sims you can create a RHD version of various cars; I have several in GTR2/PnG and GTL.
