how to hire new Staff? (driver, engineers are too expensive)

Hi,

i am playing the Sega Motorsport Manager (V1.53) without any mods and i am wondering how it works to negotiate new contracts with drivers or engineers.

The only chance to hire them is to give them nearly the maximum money i can give them, but this is far too much money for them and i can not afford this for a long time.

I tried to hire them when they have only 3-4 Month contract left, but still the same.

Then i read about pay-drivers. But i can not find this pay drivers (who give money to me so they can drive). How can i find this pay drivers?

Can someone help me?
