How do i activate ngp6

I cant shift up

This is because with NGP 6 you can only use cars specifically made for NGP. Original cars no longer work (can't shift up, as you've found). So in RBRCIT: Click Download>Update carList.ini, then use cars from the left panel except the ones of the category labeled "Original".
