Can you remove the windscreen dark tint?

I've been looking for a mod that gets rid of the dull matte dark tint of the windscreen in Race 07, but no luck so far.

Is there a way or a mod that can remove the windshield tint or at least diminish it?

The weather is really nice a sunny in external cams and in cockpit it always looks so dark...

You need to edit a .dds file with some image editor (I use paint.net). Usually the file is written ""WINDOWS_INTERIOR", for example:
00012_SEAT_LEON_WINDOWS_INTERIOR.dds

Detail: If you are going to edit an original game file, you have to decrypt it first (I use the wtcced.exe program).

Thanks a lot! I tried opening the textures but the editor didn't manage to open them, I didn't know the files were encrypted!
