F1 2013 When I mod the performance of the car, the AI don't react

Hello,
I play a lot F1 2013 and to make things a bit more exciting, I decided to make the field closer and with a few other drivers (and 2017 teams). I've been able to improve their performance. I copy/paste the rb2 and fc2 CTF files (from track and balanced + root of the directorty) and renamed them with the name of the team (for example : ca2_XXXX).
The car is better (For example : Catheram (or Haas) has the same level as the Red Bull and Force India has the same level as the Ferarri). I can put fast times (I'm on Legend AI) but my team mate, well not at all. I will show you a picture of me taking pole (as Sergey Sirotkin) while my team mate is second last.
I change the values in fake_qualifying_ability in the database but nothing changed.
But for example, if I change something in balanced/ca2_XXX like engine_power_scale, if the value is high, my team mate will overtake (or crash) everyone at the start. So I don't really understand the problem?
How to make the AI accurate to the car ?
