Why a report? Clearly Haba saw his fault there and let him back through as shown in the video.
What happened afterwards in a racing incident. But offcourse irrelevant to this report.

That move sure was very agressive like a few others I sow on the replay but this incident get's no penatly by WBR after the colition it is to hard to tell if Dragos really did back of or if he had to brake harder in order to take that corner side by side with the GBK driver.

No penalty as he ceeded the position, I'm actually confused to why this was reported.

Seems like normal racing to me....there was a gap Dragos went for it....seems like Daniel wasn't expecting it and turned in when Dragos was already more than half way along side. I can't see any driver at fault, therefor its a clear racing incident. Dragos gave the position back which should negate a penalty in most cases...even if he had not I would think it harsh to give a penalty.
