Agree with Ivo, it shouldn't go without a penalty but it also isn't bad enough for a larger penalty. 15seconds for me.

I agree with everyone else, a 15 sec penalty doesn't completely fix the situation but will undo the position change.

Well I guess there's first time for everything. It's the first time that our main team has been reported against in this series. But as the video shows Panu is clearly at fault nudging Neil from behind. So DHR votes for the 15s penalty too as it seem quite appropriate in this situation.

Also next time it would be good to be more accurate in the incident report as Panu is driving for the DHR Simcraft team and not DHR APEX as the title says.
