Returning Sim Racer - AMS and Lemans Ultimate

[Nibiru Cataclysm]

Hi there - been away from sim racing for about 3 years and now I've a new PC (NO VR sadly atm) - I'm pondering what is the point of LMU when AMS2 has come on leaps and bounds.

I've watched a ton of videos on Youtube but still can't get a sense of why LMU will offer anything more than AMS2?
