F1 2018 Real driver avatar?

Hey. Don´t now if this has been covered in a previous thread but, is it possible to copy a drivers ´files´so that you can be a "real driver" in career mode?

Why not just starting a career, signing with for example Haas, naming yourself Romain Grosjean and setting nationality to French. Then you are "real" driver in career mode.
I don't know what you mean by copying driver files?

I mean if i end up on the podium it will be Grosjean and not some random avartar face i have chosen.

Ah, that's what you mean. I don't know how to do it, but go to "Mods" section and check question thread there. Something similar was already asked and answered there.
