Wow. I bought this game for Xbox 360 last year and have never seen a lobby. Chose it over 12 for the split-screen. Nice to know it's still being driven. Gamertag: roist510

Depands on the time of the day, Im in the uk so usually late evenings there are a few Mexicans and Brazilians drivers on. Im guessing there Mexican & Brazilian by the flags they use. I'll throw you a add anyways.
