Old Setups?

Hey Everyone

I've just started sim racing and looking to get some help with setups from here, people on youtube etc. to use as a base to tweak to my style.

As the game updates do setups change?

For example if I find a setup from 2019 would this still be a good place to start with the latest version of the game or has the game developed so much since then they are worthless?

I would say any detup pre the latest update probably will work but not optimum.

There were some "exploits" used before patch 1.6. If they were being used then the setup is likely to be trash. If not then the setup is likely to still perform pretty well.
