F1 2013 Is it possible convert tracks?

is there a way to convert tracks from other games (assetto corsa or rfactor)?

i'm looking for indianapolis and magny-course...

If you play on PC you may be able to download a track mod. I don't have PC but I have seen people get tracks like India and Korea on F1 2014. However those tracks were used in other Codemasters games so I don't know if you could add entirely new tracks like Indianapolis and Magny-Cours that have never been in the Codemasters series. See what track mods are out there and give it a go!
