Is GTLTool still around anywhere?

Hi. When I played GTL a lot years ago, I remember a utility called GTLTool that gave you a quick, simple way of checking laptimes outside the game. I found it really useful as a straightforward tool that just worked and did what I wanted. I'm pretty sure I originally got it from NoGrip, but obviously that option doesn't exist anymore and I no longer have the file. Can anyone help, please? Thanks!
