DiRT 4 Impossible to mod DiRT 4?

well, it looks like codies have changed the files, no way to open the files with EPE as the format is now called NEFS

It seems impressive to me, I am currently playing in Dirt 4 what I like the most are kartcross and buggies but there are very few circuits and those that exist are very basic or simple, you know if there is any mod or circuit pack of this type because that is what I'm really interested
