How to play Motorsport Manager on Windows 11

Sorry if this was answered already, but if you have Windows 11 and want to play Motorsport Manager, here's how to:

1. Right-click on Motorsport Manager on Steam
2. Click on Properties
3. Under "Launch Options", enter this string: cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"

Now it should work! Have fun!
