F1 2015 How to change driver ability?

Hi guys, im new here. I wanted to know how to change ability driver in f1 2015...

Its possible? If yes, we have one program to make this?

I too searching how to change driver ability but it's simple not possible for now..
I searched amost all files that contain something with driver, but nothing found.. only what i found is 2 files:
ai file
and
character package>drivers
i tried all of this to something modify but nothing..
in ai file there is 4 files named: very_low, low, high, very_high but nothing i found there..
un drivers file there is 3 files named "idf" "materials" "textures" and again.. nothing... i hope someone will found a way to change driver abilities..
