FM7 forza cup?

ok, whats with starting every race in mid pack? if i win race 1 then i should start p1 on next one! or have a qualy session.
also i race in pro, and unbeatable, and as soon as i pass p1 they all give up , i have one all races in forza cup just about, and same thing. me 1st, vettel, 2nd and vanquist 3rd.
