Winner submitted a new resource:

Disable Flashback animation - Disable animation when using flashback in game

I made this mod for F1 2013 and thought some may like to use for F1 2012.
There are 2 choices, one disable animation and the other with debugging menu enable. Make backup of states.bin in the system folder and replace with the new file.
Unlikely to work online and may corrupt your saved games; so make all necessary backups.
