F1 2018 DDS Files and Car Templates

Hello guys! Well i'm a big Alfa Romeo fan, but this livery is really 2/10 for me so i decided to create this livery with a bit of customisation on it.

I've opened Sauber.erp with the ERP Receiver but i couldn't really find any file to use it as a template. Well do you have any news about these? I Also want to edit the monitor on the right hand

. Does anyone knows where i can find it? I only want an image there too.
