Combined Axis

I am using Logitech G27 and Fanatec pedals. Have applied the no cd, patch 1.01, and direct input fix for vista and up. I have configured the controllers but the pedals, y axis I think are still acting like accelerator and brake. Any help is appreciated. I have looked at the post below regarding controls but his problems seemed different.

Check the Logitech software to make sure you don't have combined pedals set. The G27 should work fine with the game.
