It's depending on the weather settings, a bit.
Some tracks and conditions actually look good. Some not.
But in my opinion, overall it's better than in the previous titles.

In the meantime, have a look into the options.
You can change the gamma (-1/-2), that actually helps a little bit (more contrast).
