Car lights and so on

The best is to check other working cars & trying to understand how it was created.
For lights, best technique is to offset them to -+ 0.0003 - 5 depending on brakes or lights on

You can check the car.ini file to see if the Corsa or any other car has wipers/lights.

If they do and they still don't work you need to set the control key in the controls folder profile.ini.

some cars lights are a bit dim, for a check try "Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 (1969)" those lights work good from the outside views, not so great on cab view (1) but the bonnet view you can see the lights very well

here's the info in the car.ini file for this car
name=Chevrolet Camaro Z/28
year=1969
credits=Model & Textures: Cube396 & BigBlock; Racer Adaption: LB, Some1, Outlaw & Cosmo°
