DiRT 4 Bad performance in 4K [PC]

Hi! Just got Dirt 4 [PC] and are not even close to hitting 60fps.. 35-53-ish.
MSI 1080ti (OC)
I7 5930K (OC)
32Gb ram

What settings to turn off lower to get +60fps without loosing to much visual quality?

Nvidia just released new driver, Dirt 4 optimized, lets see....

Did not help much...some frames better...

turn off advanced blending and ambient occlusion gave me about 20+ fps boost

4k 60 - 80 fps
1440p 70 - 120 fps

I know advanced blending for dirt rally at least, was a bit fps hitter. Also turn crowd to Low, you will not see much of a difference and should gain around 10 frames give or take. Going by Steam threads.
