F1 2017 2018 F1 mod

Hey,

I downloaded this amazing mod, but i haven't the new name Gasly, Leclerc, Sirotkin and Hartley. I see the pictures on interface but it's the old names. I followed the right steps and i run 1.13 and i play on PC. Then i haven't the HALO. Is it a mod separate?
