I am just suprised that teams do give penalty points for incidents that are not incidents but say its just racing when rules are clearly not followed.

Bram look at the Daytona "incident" and then come back. You guys set the benchmark there for incidents.

OK, please guys, I won´t close the threads as Xosé should be around here soon and he will post the final decsion on each case depending on the voting, but stop the discussion.

WAR System has been like this during some seassons right now, and even if this seems sometimes unfair with some decisions (1% of the cases), it is quite fair still and democratic having that system working that well IMO. It is important aswell to be consistent and knowing the basic sports rules when voting... but hey, I am not meaning here or there, I talk in general therms, because I think this have been this way the most of the time.
