Heusinkveld Smart Control presets for rFactor2.

Has anyone created a preset for rFactor2? There's an rF2 folder with the available presets, but the folder is empty.

I use the pedals for Formula1 most of the time. I'm concerned that there's a lag or delay on my acceleration out of turns. I tried applying Sens +2 to the throttle, but I'm concerned that I might be adding wheel spin.

Any help with advice or a preset would be welcome, as I'm grasping at straws.
