cant get cockpit view

unable to get proper cockpit view. tried seat adjustments and this is the best i could get, which is undriveable. am i missing a setting? also, framerate is dreadful

Did you try the FOV settings? Or only seat adjustments

looks like u are on the smallest fov. just map the fov and press minus until your good
